Finally got some Asparagus, so I made some soup. Surprised. If you see it in the market, then there is a good chance it’s in one of these soups. Green tea, sunchokes, sweet potatoes, spinach, asparagus. Just too many to name, come down and see for yourself… Still soup weather. Still lots of good healthy choices.
