I am going to keep this very short this week. In the middle of testing some new recipes for some soups for next week. A lot of people are asking about Gazpacho, this is really one soup you want to eat in season. As soon as I see tomatoes and we get some really nice weather we will start making it. I don’t know if you have been noticing but we really have been having a nice spring. Get out, spring markets are opening each week. Good food is waiting for you. Oh! By the way, I think it is going to be a little colder this week. These soups should work.
